DELIVERY ORDER PROCESSING
When we receive the Delivery Order from our customer after we hold all responsibility for that shipment, We on daily basis check on the site when the container is available for the pickup.

DISPATCHING
When the container is available from the Terminal for pickup, the driver pulls the container and takes the ingate ticket and we update customer on time to time.

CONTAINER DELIVERED
When the driver reaches the warehouse, we give the 2 hours free for the unload time to our valuable customers when unloading is complete they get the signed Delivery order as a POD.

INVOICING
When we have an out-gate ticket as a shipment completed that our accounting team holds the payment process, they raise the invoices and handle the order payment.
